April 22 is the birthday of Nebraskan J. Sterling Morton, who founded Arbor Day, and the day we celebrate Earth Day. 2018 marks the 60th anniversary of Earth Day and the theme this year is A World Without Plastic Pollution.

Join Wilson Public Library in Cozad on Thursday,  April 26 at 4:00pm to celebrate Earth Day as a NASA @ My Library activity and learn about water pollution by taking part in a hands-on activity called Who Dirtied the Water. We’ll also taste a food where the water has been removed.

All ages are invited to join us for this free public program.
